Step 1
We design a simple contact or feedback card, based on your unique requirements, for you to distribute to customers.  This can include address, phone number, email address and mobile number, plus valuable information such as birthday and other important dates. 

Step 2
Once a month you send us your completed cards in a postage-paid polymailer and we add the information to your database.  This means we always keep your database bang up to date, continually adding to it so that it becomes more and more powerful and valuable.

Step 3
We split your database into different groups so you can focus your marketing with laser precision on very specific customers. For example, age, location, gender, interests, business, average spend, whatever you choose.

Step 4
Whenever you have a special event, promotion or interesting information to tell your customers about, you simply tell us what you want to say and to whom, and we will send it for you by  email, text messages or mailshots (your choice). Plus, we can alert you in advance of any upcoming customer dates such as a birthday or anniversary.

Our standard package – what’s included?
  • Advice on the contact card content, including compliance with legislation
  • Print-ready design of contact card
  • Management of up to 500 database entries, including new entries, deletions and amendments, plus advance notification of important dates (birthday, anniversary etc)
  • Design and delivery of 4 bulk emails (max 2000 emails per delivery), customised to include the business logo, pictures and colour schemes.  Fully compliant with legislation and tested for low spam rating to ensure it has the best possible chance of reaching your customers’ in-boxes
  • Delivery of 4 bulk text messages
  • 4 batches of mailshot address labels (emailed as printer-ready pdf)
  • Full monthly activity report
  • Click-through rates to tell you how many customers opened your email, which links were most popular etc
  • 6 postage paid envelopes for sending us completed forms

What's not included?

  • Printing costs. However, we know reputable printers who offer great value and service. And if you want us to take care of the entire printing process for you, we'll happily do so for an additional fee.

Cost and Contract terms

Our Easy Marketing package costs just £570 plus VAT for 6 months, payable in easy monthly instalments of £95.  Additional activity levels are available on negotiation
