How does it work?
We design a simple feedback card, customised with your
logo and colour scheme, containing 3 essential sections:
- six aspects of your business for your customers to
rate
- a section for customer comments, ideas and suggestions
- customer contact information
Once a month you return completed cards in a postage-paid
polymailer. The ratings and suggestions are collated in
an easy to understand format and emailed to you within
1 week, enabling you to identify trends over time.

What's included?

What's not included?
- Printing costs. However, we know reputable printers
who offer great value and service.

Contract terms
CFM costs just £75 plus VAT per month, with a minimum
contract period of 3 months. 1 monthly instalment is required
in advance and the balance due at the end of the first
month. Instalments for longer contracts can be made
by monthly standing order. Additional activity levels
are available on negotiation
