Customer Feedback Management

There's one sure way of finding out what customers want. And that's to ask them. It's not always the easiest or most comfortable task, but it's crucial if you are serious about customer service.

Maybe you already gather some feedback. But is it done regularly and consistently, or just occasionally?  If it's verbal, do you ask only customers you know will say something good, and avoid the 'complainers'?  If so, you may be missing out on some very valuable constructive criticism.

How does it work?

We design a simple feedback card, customised with your logo and colour scheme, containing 3 essential sections:

  1. six aspects of your business for your customers to rate
  2. a section for customer comments, ideas and suggestions
  3. customer contact information

Once a month you return completed cards in a postage-paid polymailer. The ratings and suggestions are collated in an easy to understand format and emailed to you within 1 week, enabling you to identify trends over time.

Contract terms

CFM costs just £75 plus VAT per month, with a minimum contract period of 3 months. 1 monthly instalment is required in advance and the balance due at the end of the first month.  Instalments for longer contracts can be made by monthly standing order.  Additional activity levels are available on negotiation
