Whisky and Fish - Why
not? Friday 23 January The evening will start with a whisky
tasting and an opportunity for you to blend your own
whisky at your table with Stuart
Hendry from our local distillery,
Glengoyne. Tom Lewis will create food and whisky
combinations using their 10, 12, 17 and 21 year old single
malt whisky. £27 pps four courses

Valentine's Night - Saturday 14
February Hearts, flowers, but more importantly,
the foods of love. Book now for a romantic Valentine's
evening at MHORFish. You will be welcomed with a glass
of chilled Prosecco and then shown to your table for a
candlelit dinner. £25 pps three

St Patrick's Day - Tuesday 17
March Come to MHORFish for the
craic: celebrate St Patrick's Day with a riotous evening of
drums, pipes (there is a live band), a pint or two of the black
gold - Guinness - and a menu of traditional hearty
fare. £25 pps three

South African Night - Thursday 23
April There's more to South African cuisine than
biltong. The rich influences of Portuguese, Dutch,
French, Moroccan and Indian cooking have been fused in an
inventive and exciting melting pot of flavours. Matched
with a South African wine tasting hosted by Philippe Larue of
L'Art du Vin. £35 pps three courses and
wine 7pm |
Scallops with fennel, peas, whisky & orange
butter sauce Be sure to use
only fresh diver-caught scallops and Glengoyne 10 year old
malt whisky to really make the most of this fantastic recipe
